Shilpa Aggarwal, Assistant Professor of Economics and Public Policy at ISB shares her research on the socio-economic impact of new road connectivity granted under the Indian government’s Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) to villages that lacked the access earlier.
