The Omnichannel Retailing and e-Commerce Initiative (OREI) aims to foster in-depth research and best practice recommendations about the multiple channels of purchase decisions, including brick and mortar, mobile and digital.

The OREI brings together diverse stakeholders from industry, academia and the government for the exchange of extant experience, knowledge, data, resources, and solutions to problems regarding Omnichannel retail in India.
