Hyderabad: Indian School of Business (ISB) kicked off the three day JAMS India Conference here in Hyderabad on Thursday. JAMS stands for Journal of Academy of Marketing Science and the conference represents the largest collection of research papers (over 100) from global scholars on marketing strategies for emerging markets and India on topics including customer engagement, social and digital media, product and brand management, CRM, innovation, retailing and pricing.
Speaking at the conference, professor Rajendra Srivastava, dean, ISB opined that there is a need to integrate insights from East and West. From the viewpoint of digital transformation, the Indian market is placed in a unique position that could play the important integrating role. Read more…
